Great place to relax by the Ocean

We had a great stay. Pictures are accurate. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is well stocked and the location was quiet but still close to restaurants and other activities. Listing does not mention it but there is washer and dryer in the unit (closet next to refrigerator).

Loved everything about this place. Beautiful decor, updated, clean, perfect location, quite, relaxing, comfortable, fully stocked, free parking for one vehicle, close to beach, elevator, pool, everything you need for a comfortable stay (bring your own beach chairs tho), washer and dryer, space to stretch out and relax with the gorgeous ocean view.

Condo is nice and view is very good.

I have rented this condo a number of times and it's been very comfortable. I do have to recommend though due to my last experience that you inquire about if any renovations or construction will be going on at the time of your reservations. Also, keep a cell phone on you at all times because I did get locked out when the keyless entry code wouldn't work. And there is no one at this condo to help you.

Absolutely loved the decor. It is so tastefully decorated really making it feel upscale. Right on the water with beautiful views. Got amazing sunrise photos from the balcony. Would definitely go back!

Good week

Overall, the property was very nice more modern than any of the other units that we have stayed at. The only negative that I have to say about the unit as you do not have any safety bars in your showers are. We personally think the smaller shower doesn’t need shower doors. there should have been curtains put up instead too hard to get in and out for adults.

Loved the place, but upon arrival the place had not been cleaned. Vacasa stated they were unable to clean the place and did not have replacement linens. Therefore, we had to do it ourselves and wash all the used linens. Not good.

Very nice condo - But Vacasa fees too high

Very nice condo. However Vacasa fees are way too high. Customer service basically just reads off what is posted on listing, no personal touch. Would not allow early check-in eventhough unit was ready hours before 4pm check in time. Owners should consider alternate rental agency. Also Vacasa called 3 times day of arrival asking if i was over 25. I know vacasa recently took over a large portion of ocmd rentals. Looks like they have some bugs to work out. Next time i will look for a local rental agency.

Vacasa ruins a great property experience

If you are checking in after 5pm, read the entirety of the 'welcome' email from vacasa. Hidden away in the 'Driving Directions'(???) section you will find the after hours lock box code. If you plan on bringing a pizza to eat while watching the sun set, be aware the after hours phone and text support is not provided this information from the local office, save yourself the frustration. Don't bother with the electronic lock code provided either, the electronic lock is reported as 'broken' which is super comforting to know. When you can finally enter the property with your cold dinner, you are pleasantly surprised by the nice decor. The homeowners clearly put thought into their space, it is beautiful! Now, if you want to wake up to an amazing sunrise from the ocean view master bedroom, you can't! Hurricane shutters are the only view. Vacasa was supposed to send maintenance to the room and call ahead as notification. No calls recieved, but after hours support reported they were 'recently broken'. They must have been closed and damaged after the amazing photos in the property listing were taken. Not sure if being lied to about a property visit is worse or if maintenance had entered the property without letting us know. If you feel like being gaslighted during checkout, be sure to voice your concerns to the management office. Property not as described is not a reason for a partial refund apparently. Make sure you use a good travel credit card, you may need to issue a chargeback
