This meticulously maintained, clean, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ocean block condo is located in highly sought after Midtown Ocean City – just walking distance to popular restaurants, bars, shopping and area attractions. This condo is a perfect retreat for families, couples and individuals looking for a beach getaway. This prime oceanside location is only steps to the beach – no need to cross Coastal Highway! There are sunset views from the large furnished balcony overlooking the pool – enjoy a year-round glimpse of the ocean. The unit is equipped with cable and high speed internet, brand new smart TVs in each room with streaming services (Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Hulu, etc.), Blu Ray player and newly updated stereo sound system in the living room to enjoy for movie nights!

FLOOR PLAN

The large open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and large island with seating offers plenty of space for guests. You will also find coffee makers, toaster, dishwasher, washer and dryer, central A/C and heat.

This unit comfortably sleeps 6 with brand new Queen size matresses in master bedroom and guest room, and Queen size sleeper sofa. Washer and dryer located inside unit. Condo includes one designated covered parking space conveniently located near the elevator.

This is a non-smoking/vaping unit. Sorry no pets permitted. Rented to adults 25 years and older. No HS or party groups – these reservations will not be honored.

Great Stay

Great Condo close to a lot of restaurants and stores, 200 ft to beach. Lots of little touches that made the condo feel friendly and comfortable. Covered assigned parking easy in & out.

Great condo, good location

The condo itself was very convenient and the location put us right in the middle of the strip which was nice. The linen service was very nice since at other properties we had to drag along bedding and towels. The communication with the host was super prompt and she was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Gem at an Affordable Price!

The condo was well stocked and was the cleanest property we have ever stayed in at OCMD! Beds were comfortable and we had the property pool to ourselves for most of our stay. Overall it was perfect for our family and we would definitely return!

The property was roomy for our family. Very close to the beach. It was nice that the bed linens and towels were provided. The island in the kitchen was a great spot for meals. We stayed here previously and we know we’ll be back as soon as we can.

Lovely stay

The place is just as advertised. Clean and spacious! Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable. My only suggestion is black out curtains in the primary bedroom.

Wonderful condo!

We loved our stay at this condo. It was spacious and comfortable. We arrived to check in and it was ready right on time. The place was very clean and well maintained. Easy to get to and from the beach and around Ocean City. We will definitely be back!

Great location!

We were able to walk to everything! Very close to the beach too! Just do not forget to brung toliet paper!!! We were very surprised it was not provided at all!!!!

Perfect Getaway

Property was clean and the perfect location next to a traffic light made coming and going very easy. The property was the perfect size and had everything we needed, from pots and pans to hand soap in the bathrooms (because I forgot to pack hand soap). Parking was convenient and my teenage boys loved the pool. My husband loved the balcony.

Great stay!

My family & I had a nice stay for a long Labor Day weekend. The house had everything you need to cook meals and the space was perfect for a family of 4. Location was great as your walking distance to the beach and other great restaurants. My only complaint is the master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. By the end of our 3 day trip my back was sore! But other then that we enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation

Condo was very nice and as described. Essentials were provided which was wonderful. Beach is only a minute walk. The only downside is the location and the pool itself. The pool is on the first floor on the highway side of the building. Same with the balcony of the condo. Regardless we still had a nice stay.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a quick walk to the beach. The property was very clean, and plenty of space for our family of 5. Only a few negatives were that we registered for our family of 5 and were only left 4 towels. We did not complain though because we just used one of our beach towels instead. The showers also could use updating, but other than that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

The property was newly updated . Close to beach . Owner responded fast to Text messages . One downfall was 1 parking spot we needed 2 and it was hard to find street parking

Perfect Condo & Location

My sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacations thanks to being in a clean and fully stocked condo that was located near the beach and every where else we wanted to go. The covered parking area located near the elevator was also a plus for loading and unloading the car. We were in Ocean City to celebrate our nephew’s birthday. There was a celebration being held at a house in the Sunset Island community which was actually in walking distance from our condo. I would definitely vacation at this condo again! Highly recommend!

Moore Beach Please

What an amazing time!!! Staying here was perfect! The condo is adorable! Well situated and accessible to the beach, restaurants and shops. There is an elevator which is fantastic! The condo is decorated so cute. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and the balcony while overlooking the highway, became my quiet space. I loved watching the activity on the bay or reading my book. Gisela was always quick to respond to any of my questions and requests. I loved that she provides a linen service which saved us from packing towels and sheets. Beach towels, chairs our cabana and numerous beach toys were all we needed to pack. Oh and the pool was a wonderful addition. I would definitely rent here again. Thank you Gisela for your hospitality!

Moore Beach Please!

I wish we had “moore” time! The condo is exactly as pictured. There was plenty of room for the six of us. Location in midtown and a short walk to the beach. Very well stocked kitchen and the pool was a nice bonus after the beach. Having the sheets and towels provided was such a nice touch too. Communication with hostess was excellent. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

Family vacay

We enjoyed our stay very much. Close to the beach. Gisele supplied everything we needed for the week. Even paper towels and toilet paper. Having the washer and dryer is a plus. The beds were very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to get rid of the couch. We did have to use it the first night because of the toddler and it is bad. Very nice condo.

Mini Getaway

We are all in our late 50's so coming to OCMD is not anything new ... we just haven't been since before the pandemic. This mini getaway was quite enjoyable. The Jada is a much older building than we are accustomed to but the cleanliness, layout and decor of Gisela Moore’s unit made it easy for us to overlook that detail. Midtown OCMD will be my preferred location from here on out. Less crowds, noise and chaos. The family friendly vibe of the restaurants and shops on this end of Costal Highway is a plus. Thanks Gisela for your contribution to our mini getaway. You are appreciated.

Great stay - checkin process not

The pictures are exactly what you would expect, the place was clean and location was perfect. Beach walk less than 2 min, you can see the bay from your balcony for a perfect sunset. The only downfall was the check in which is supposed to be at 2 and no flexibility with checking in early. We actually couldn't check in until 330 because cleaners were behind schedule. We didn't find this out until 20 min before checkin. That was the only issue we ran into, but Gisela was communicative about this.

Ocean City Family Vacation 8/2023

The condo was very clean. Kitchen stocked with cookware and dishes. Wish it had been oceanfront..was on oceanside of highway four properties between us and the ocean. Did not have oceanview from balcony. We had highway view from balcony and it was very loud. The pool was very clean and accessible. The beds were not comfortable for us. We had a mishap with the doorlock but thankfully we found a way to fix it and Giesla was great with communication. Just a heads up parking is only available for one vehicle but free parking if you can find it on nearby streets. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was great for our family. Washer and dryer in unit also ideal.

Very cute condo and most importantly, very clean!! Everything was exactly as the listing stated. The host was very quick to get back to me when I had questions before check in. I did not have to contact the host again as the check in instructions were very clear and we had no issues during our stay. Bonus-You won’t have to travel far if you plan activities in North OC or if you want to go to the boardwalk in South OC as this condo is located relatively in the middle. My husband and I were very pleased with our stay and will definitely book again!

Ocean city stay

The condo is cozy. It had some cleanliness issues, but the host was super friendly about it. It's on the main road so the traffic was so loud which made the stay not as comfortable as it could be. The proximity to the beach was amazing though.
