    The Space:

    The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. This coastal condo is perfect for your next beach-cation! It's well-equipped with everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. The kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Don't hesitate and surprise your loved ones with savory meals and beach snacks during your stay. The living area is all about comfort and coziness with inviting furniture and it opens up to the private balcony, so get ready to experience a picture-perfect sun set that will blow your mind! The on-site washer/dryer adds convenience to your stay. Things to Know The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed. The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026.The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers. Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This condo was gross!The carpet is shredded and stained in several places. The furniture is stained, The sofa looks tragic. The pillow on the sofa is missing buttons and the stuffing was coming out.The master bedroom blinds have missing panels. There is a huge carpet stain in the master bedroom.The master bathroom toilet waa not cleaned and hair on it. The master bath sink has long dark hair all over.There is a smear of tooth paste on the guest bathroom counter.No toilet paper on the holder, and the guest toilet is not clean. There was hair on the guest bedroom.There is trash on the guest night stand. Dust on the dresser. And hair on the sheets. The guest bedroom closet is missing a knob.And I cant even describe the nasty laundry closet. Just awful.I'm was so disturbed and upset. This place is gross! I contacted tge host immediately. I went out and bought my own cleaning supplies and lysol. I didn't hear from the host until the next day. They offered to send in a cleaning crew but I had already done the work. They reimbursed me 85 for my time abd frustration. If hadn't been fir the great weather and view I'd still be mad.
