Ocean City is an exciting place with hundreds of delightful attractions, so tour around and enjoy places like Lost Treasure Golf, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, Seacrets, Fenwick Island State Park, and the Ocean City Boardwalk, all within a six-mile radius. If you want to stay closer to home, lounge about the glittering pool and hot tub on-site at your leisure. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and an airy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, indulging in your favorite movies on the large TV, or serving brunch on the private balcony. The balcony boasts panoramic views and offers spectacular sunrises to pair perfectly with your morning cup of coffee. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with ample cupboard room and a breakfast bar. Get a comfortable night's rest in the main bedroom, complete with a TV for private viewing, or on the sofa bed in the living area, provided for extra room. SHARED AMENITIES -Pool -Hot tub -Beach access THINGS TO KNOW Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Fantastic view, every room lovely and fully update. I even came away thinking i need to rethink my kitchen backsplash . I especially appreciated that they make a genuine effort to accommodate any occasional guests

Perfect Beach Front Condo

The parking space for this unit is close to the building entrance which is a plus. Everything in the unit was updated since we stayed here 2 years ago. Perfect for our family of 4! Only downfall was the pool in the condo was under renovations for the season which wasn’t noted until a few weeks before our stay. Other than that, we had a great vacation!
