The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was old and required some updating. Some of the light fixtures had rust. Being close to the water, the room was damped and smelled. The staff moved us to another room. The room was better however the dampness and smell was still there.

Honestly, they do the best they can there front staff the day we checked in and the day that we left were exceptional very attentive, very nice and courteous very professional. The only thing I don’t really care for is staying at hotels where they allow dogs to stay constant smell of wet dog and accidents here and there, but the staff was very punctual in terms of cleaning up messes that were left behind by a dog owners all in all it’s a decent place to stay for the price.

The room could have been cleaned a little better. The sink and bathtub was not cleaned enough for travelers coming to visit the establishment. The drapes were also dirty. The staff was excellent with their customer service. The parking and the balcony scenery was excellent.

For 250 a night, go somewhere else. Room smells like must from ac unit, corners of the room were rusty and or dirty. Toilet constantly ran. Shower pressure and head sucked. My balcony sliding door couldn’t open without me lifting the thing and sliding it. Bed was comfy I didn’t utilize the comp breakfast or arcade which looked cool. Staff was very nice, I was able to have a way early check in and wasn’t rushed out. For the price I expected cleaner better maintaince

For the price and location in ocean city, its a good deal. Ocean view rooms how a nice view of the sunrise. Some staff members show incredibly hospitality, but some seem like they could use a course in customer service, meaning, there is a nice way to te someone you can accommodate their request without coming off hostile or standoffish. Second trip back I would come again.

Good value. Clean and safe. The pool is only 3ft at the deepest. The bar and restaurant are adjacent and easily accessed but took forever to get a drink since it operates more as a standalone establishment. Good location. Balconies are ridiculous and on top of each other. There are no views here so don’t expect any. Ok for the $

Arrival, the room looked clean. But I always clean my rooms when I come into any hotel. The room was not actually clean and the floors were extremely dirty. On the third day we had the maid come in and clean. She literally came, got the trash, made the bed, sweeper and left. She did not mop and she did not clean the bathroom. The pool was only 3 feet. And the free breakfast was really continental. Other than them not cleaning the rooms properly, overall they are in a great location to everything and only a block away from the beach which was a plus.
