This condo is a large, three bedroom end unit with over 1300 square feet of living space, new furnishings and floors. and a sizable, 32 foot balcony to enjoy watching the parade of cars during Spring and Fall Cruisin', or just relaxing with your favorite beverages with family and friends while reveling in the salty breezes. Stay connected during your stay with complimentary high speed internet and large TV's in the living area and all three bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen plus washer and dryer provide the conveniences you will need to make this place like home while you're in Ocean City. Additional building features include two dedicated parking spots, an indoor pool that is open annually from May 1 to November 1, and an elevator for easy access, Sleeping up to eight guests, there are king beds in bedrooms one and two, and two twin beds and two twin sleep ottomans in bedroom three. Both full baths have been full renovated, with the primary bath featuring a large, tiled walk-in shower, and the 2nd bath featuring a tub/shower combination and a double vanity.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 2 nights off season.
