    Step inside to find an air-conditioned living space with a fully appointed kitchen (with a dishwasher), free WiFi throughout the condo with the ability to connect to Netflix and HBO, and a private washer/dryer for your bathing suits and beach towels. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
