Luxury Getaway Condo at Sunset Island in OC

This corner unit waterfront condo has views of the bay off the private rear covered balcony and views of the Interactive Fountain and Park area off the front entry balcony! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a beachy decor and is centrally located would make the perfect beach getaway. Enjoy all the world class indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, security, boat slips, restaurant and private beaches. Building features covered garage parking, elevator, outdoor shower.

We provide an ADEQUATE supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 rolls/bath), paper towel (1 roll/stay), dishwasher pods (3/stay), and laundry detergent (3 cube/stay). Please use sparingly or feel free to bring your own as we DO NOT replenish items if they run out.
Also, We DO NOT Provide Linens and Towels , you need to bring your own or use https://ocbeachandlinenrental.com/ For Service Delivery & Pickup.
There is a Package Fee of $155 includes the following
1- 6 passes entry for outside & inside pools , and Gym.
2- 2 Car parking Stickers ; one inside the Garage and one in the Clam Shell.

Hidden Gem

We loved the stay on bay side, quiet, very clean, checkin vas super easy, nice size rooms, stacked with daily used items. I would recommend this place and we will love to go back!

OCMD Great Place

Location is great. Nice community. The bayside beach is great bonus of the community. Short walk to beach. Condo is really nice and very spacious for a 3 bedroom condo. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Great family time

This was my second time staying in sunset island but first time renting a condo. Very easy check in- The host gave me all the information on how to get into her condo. The only thing I thought was a bit confusing was where to dump the daily trash- by the last day a nice a guy told me where the trash disposal slip was. Overall everything was great and my family had a great at the pool, beach, the restaurants

Wonderful stay at Sunset Island!

This was our second stay at a Sunset Island condo and it was even better than our first. The unit was lovely, had a great view and was very clean. We appreciated being able to save some money by bringing our own linens and towels. We love the bay beaches and pools at Sunset Island. It's a wonderful community!

Comfort convenient

Beautiful Condo with a nice canal view facing east. Small bit of ocean view across canal and street. Comfortable beds, nicely furnished, big bathrooms. Roomy enough for 6. Convenient easy entrance next to steps/elevator is close. Would definetly rent again.

Wonderful Oasis in Ocean City

This property was set within Sunset Island and provided a quiet retreat from the busy streets and beaches of Ocean City. Conveniently looked by the route 90 bridge it was a quick and easy check-in. The host was very accommodating with directions and answered all questions prior to and during our stay. Condo was clean with three well furnished bedrooms. Two full baths including two tubs for those with little ones. Kitchen was well stocked with all utensils, pots, and pans you would need. The Sunset Island pool, beach, pier, and overall property was wonderful, and as mentioned above, a nice quiet location after a day at the beach or boardwalk.

Wonderful vacation

The condo was beautiful and very clean! Sunset Island was a perfect vacation spot for our family of 5. Hany was very easy to work with and very accommodating - we are hoping to rent again very soon!
