Fully enclosed with 6 ft. privacy fencing, with plenty of room for outdoor grilling and dining. Come up the stairs and find 3 Bedrooms, along with 2 full Bathrooms. You can see the water from your Front Porch! PETS ALLOWED

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code.
