  • Welcome to our spacious updated townhouse in the Broad Marsh community — a two-story Ocean City getaway with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and room for up to 10 guests in a prime Midtown location near 69th–70th Street.

    You’ll be close to the beach, bay, restaurants, mini golf, shopping, and other Ocean City favorites, while still having the comfort of a larger two-level layout to spread out after a day in the sun.

    The home is being refreshed with new flooring, paint, and updated furnishings. Updated photos will be added as soon as the refresh is complete.

    The main living area offers comfortable space to relax, stream your favorite shows, or gather for meals and beach planning. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy breakfasts before heading out and simple dinners after a long day on the sand.
