    The Space:

    The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. Smoking is not permitted. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We had no issues here whatsoever. Contrary to other reviews, we found the unit to be pretty nice overall. The deck and ocean views were fantastic. The unit itself worked out really well for 4 adults with 2 small children. Sea Watch is really great for kids with the amenities that they offer. The staff was super fast to respond to any questions we had and were very friendly. The common areas were kept really nice. It's a beautiful building, grounds and common areas. Lots of space outside the unit as well to keep beach stuff and sand outside of our living space. Pretty well equipped kitchen supplies. Beds were pretty good. TV easy to work. Pretty nice spot!

There is nothing “modern” about this condo. Old appliances, too much furniture ( lots of little tables but no other chairs). Very chaotic with no design at all. Thankfully great views with access to beach and pool. Linen service towels were like paper towels and stiff and scratchy. The master shower had burned out light bulbs, no fan, and shower head had little water coming out of it. The other bathroom fixtures/mirror rusted and walls dirty. The master bedroom head board banged against the wall whenever you rolled over. None of the wall switches operate lights. The walls are dirty, closet doors missing in front bedroom with a hole in the wall. The metal door to hvac falling off and rusted and gross. No communication from owners unless I asked. Underwhelming to say the least and sad our grown children were with us bc it’s embarrassing how dismal this place is and I chose it.
