Don't Miss out on this Well-Maintained Direct Oceanfront 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath End Unit Condo! Perfect for your family of 8. It features a well-equipped kitchen, oceanfront balcony with access from Living Room & Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom features a king bed, TV, floor to ceiling windows with captivating views of the ocean, private bath with shower stall. The 2nd Bedroom-Bayside Master suite features a queen bed, TV, private bath with shower/tub combo sliders to balcony. The 3rd bedroom features 2 full beds, TV, sliders to bayside balcony. The Hall Bath is a full bath with shower/tub combo. For your added convenience the owners provide a washer, dryer, cable, dedicated high speed internet and board games. TV's are streaming only.
The amenities include: Enjoy the indoor pool, exercise room & game room year- round. During the Summer Season enjoy the large outdoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool (provided for children in diapers), tennis, oceanfront volleyball, visit the beach bar & grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, gift shops, and elevators. Please note there is a $75 Non-refundable Golden Sands Building Amenity Fee Required. Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel set equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Parking spot for 1 car. (Additional Car Parking is $15 per day on a first come first serve basis). This property rents Saturday to Saturday in-season and any three nights in the off season. No Pets. No smoking & No vaping is prohibited on balconies, in units and in all common areas, EXCEPT for designated smoking areas. Violators shall be subject to a fine of $1,000. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. Although they are deemed reliable, they cannot be guaranteed. Great overall - location, check in/out process, pool bar, exercise room, tennis court, staff and game room. A few area of concerns - very slow elevators that made for our first day moving in extremely long and frustrating, a very loud bang every time the cooling system (I think) came on, horrible smell in stairwell.

1st time to Ocean City MD

The condo was beautiful only one ceiling fan and it didn’t work we had people above us throwing stuff off their balcony and landing on ours and ground but the worst part was the pot smell this was a no smoking area but inside the building and outside all you could smell was weed smoke otherwise beautiful view but I don’t think I will return.
