The Master Bedroom features a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, private bath with jacuzzi tub & stand-alone shower & sliders accessing the balcony. The 2nd Bedroom features a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan. The 3rd Bedroom features 2 Twin Beds, TV & ceiling fan. The Living room offers a queen sleep sofa.
This spacious condo offers distinctive details: granite counters, tile flooring, crown molding, laundry room, walk in closets, & gas fire place. Amenities include indoor pool, rooftop outdoor pool, fitness center, parking garage with 2 assigned spaces, secured lobby, wifi, internet & streaming. Perfect location to enjoy all the excitement of downtown Ocean City's numerous restaurants, shopping & family entertainment. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
The owner provides sheets & towels for your stay. Guest supplies beach towels, soaps and paper products. Washer and dryer in condo for your convenience. Indoor pool closes from January 2 to April 1. Outdoor pool opens Memorial Day Weekend till about the 3rd week in September. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. Although they are deemed reliable, they cannot be guaranteed.
