Ocean Castle 301-is a Beautiful and Well maintained 3 -bedroom, 2 full bath-condo, located ocean block on 137th Street. This condo will provide the comforts of home and lots of space for your family of 10. It features a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area, WIFI, 2 parking spots and an outdoor pool. Parking clearance 6 feet 10 inches. Bed sizes include a King in the primary suite, a Queen in bedroom 2, and a Twin over full bunk with twin trundle in bedroom 3, along with a queen sleeper sofa in living room. This property rents Saturday - Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. Guests provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. Although they are deemed reliable, they cannot be guaranteed. Our Vacation

Our vacation was grreat, our condo was very nice. Short walk to beach. Outside shower was very helpful in getting rid of sand. And pool is small but felt wonderful after a day at the beach! Definitely would go there again!

Great location, great unit

Fit our group of 8 perfectly, plenty of room in kitchen, family room and dining area. Large comfortable balcony area. Master bedroom and bathroom very large and set up well. Unit has elevator and luggage cart for community use.

Great North OC location!

Ocean view and easy walk to beach! Couple of minor issues( most likely not reported by previous renters) like broken fridge handle and closet door. But the unit is well mentioned in general and conveniently located.
