About this property

New modern beach home, walk to the beach!

  • This property is located just over the Delaware line in a quiet and peaceful pocket of North Ocean City. The house was built in 2018, everything is brand new. Located just a couple blocks from the beach the property has a modern, state of the art design with hardwood floors throughout, consisting of 3 bedrooms on the first floor and a large loft on the second floor. The house sleeps approximately 10-12 perfect for family/friend gatherings. Enjoy the park with a playground, Pickleball and Tennis courts right on your street! No senior week, no parties. Linens and towels are not provided but can be for additional cost.
