Newly renovated Oceanside condo with easy access to the pool and beach!

Condo has been beautifully renovated this winter with new floors, kitchen, bathrooms, lighting, paint, etc. 2 bedrooms (one king and 2 double beds), 2 full baths, family room has pull-out sofa (double) and balcony overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the tools you need to cook to your heart's desire! The beach is footsteps away and this building has its own private pool. Beach amenities such as an umbrella, boogie boards, bocce ball, etc. are available for use and tucked away on the balcony. Located walking distance to many OC and Fenwick Island favorites including 3 miniature golf courses, arcade with laser tag, Fishers Popcorn, Fractured Prune, waterpark, and many shops and restaurants.

*Bed linens and towels are not provided however each bed has a comforter, blanket and pillows. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Great condo & Great location!

We had a wonderful stay! The listing was accurate, the condo was freshly updated with a great kitchen and bathrooms and comfortable beds and sofas. Owners were easy to communicate with and we messaged back and forth about check-in and check-out with ease and friendly communications. A+ all around, and we plan to stay here again in the future!

Steps to the ocean

This apartment in the Ocean Place building is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Although the apartment is on the northwest corner of the building, you still have a nice view of the beach looking off to the right. We liked being on the second floor because it meant not having to take the elevator unless we wanted to do so. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Excellent condo and location

The condo was exactly as described and the perfect beachfront location. Literally steps to the beach, nice pool, and near tons of great restaurants and activities. Host was great to work with. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
