About this property

Newly renovated Oceanside condo with easy access to the pool and beach!

  • Condo has been beautifully renovated this winter with new floors, kitchen, bathrooms, lighting, paint, etc. 2 bedrooms (one king and 2 double beds), 2 full baths, family room has pull-out sofa (double) and balcony overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the tools you need to cook to your heart's desire! The beach is footsteps away and this building has its own private pool. Beach amenities such as an umbrella, boogie boards, bocce ball, etc. are available for use and tucked away on the balcony. Located walking distance to many OC and Fenwick Island favorites including 3 miniature golf courses, arcade with laser tag, Fishers Popcorn, Fractured Prune, waterpark, and many shops and restaurants.

    *Bed linens and towels are not provided however each bed has a comforter, blanket and pillows. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
