Just shy of the Delaware State Line, this quiet coastal condo offers a convenient location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and Maryland Beach. Fenwick Island Lighthouse is also within walking distance of the condo. Perfect for a small family holiday or a getaway shared with friends, the interior has been recently updated for full modern comfort and convenience. The stainless steel full kitchen is well-equipped for home cooking. Comfortable seating and a smart TV in the living room welcome casual downtime after a day at the beach. The covered balcony offers a breezy spot for coffee or cocktails. Ceiling fans and central air-conditioning offer cooling home comfort. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This place is absolutely adorable. Just blocks from the beach. It was everything our family of 4 needed for a week away. A full kitchen with anything you need for cooking, smart TVs in all the rooms, a washer and dryer. The owners even provide 2 beach umbrellas, a beach bag, and some games to play on the beach. A very thoughtful touch. Their cleaning service could be better, but I believe after contacting them with the issues we had, they will address it. You can tell the owners of this condo genuinely want you to feel at home and enjoy yourself while you're there. It's quiet and the neighbors we encountered (though not many) were very kind and helpful when asked suggestions for place to eat etc. We would definitely stay here again!
