Ocean City Beach Cottage located in the heart of Downtown OC. This beach cottage has 4 bedroom 1 bath and an
outside area to grill and a picnic table to pick crabs. Park your car and walk everywhere as the boardwalk & beach is just
over a block away. This place is also great for large groups to stay near each other, but have their own space.

The Space:
Perfect space to get away from all the action but yet still remain 2 short blocks away from the beach and boardwalk
2 assigned parking spots. Must bring your own blankets

This really was a perfect location and house for our needs. It was great that it sleeps nine people and that split into four different areas. Lots of other listings have four and five people sleeping together in a space. This was perfect for adult friends that want to vacation together. Everything was clean. Really the only downside was minimal seating. But that could easily be overcome had we just thought to bring camping chairs. Owner was very communicative. Property was exactly as described. Parking is easy. Location is fantastic. Really five stars.
