Classic Ocean City beach cottage with bay views! This charming bottom floor condo has all you need to complete your beach vacation. This condo has a spacious living room with sofa bed along with two bedrooms to accommodate your whole party. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the porch or head on out for dinner at the many restaurants in walking distance. The historical Angler restaurant is just across the street and is a must stop for a great happy hour or a sunset boat cruise!

Great Location, but ….

The location was ideal for what we were doing in OC. The house needs a lot of maintenance, leak from sink or toilet in bathroom, better cleaning of the shower and overall the house. All three a/c units need to be replaced. The one in the master bedroom was loud but the one in the living room was even louder. The floor sloped, and musty smell when you open the font door will knock you back. Could not get the windows open to air it out.
