MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: All guests in non-family units must be at least 25 years old.

RENTAL AGREEMENT/SECURITY HOLD REQUIREMENT COMING SOON: New bookings will soon be asked to complete a rental agreement and security pre-authorization before their reservation is finalized. Access will not be granted to the unit without this step in place, once these measures are put in place

NOISE/SMOKE MONITOR: Coming soon. It does not record conversations--it just measures decibel level and detects the presence smoke.

NO REFUNDS outside of cancellation policy in the event of bad weather, unless there is a mandatory evacuation. This also applies for unforeseen live events, Please consider purchasing travel insurance if this is a concern. In addition, no refunds are given

TOWELS-bath towels are provided, but please bring your own pool/beach towels

UNIT ACCESS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: Owner or Management reserve the right to access the unit if there is an emergency repair that must be made. This would only occur if absolutely necessary, and as much notice as possible will be given.

SUPPLIES-starter set of supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels and soaps is provided. However, guests may need to purchase more supplies for extended stays.

DAMAGE WAIVER: Included in the price of your stay is the cost of a damage waiver of responsibility. More details provided via rental agreement. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
