Ocean City's Premiere Building

  • Sea Watch 1111 is a 2 bedroom plus den, two bathroom condo located on the 11th floor on the south side of the building, only one unit back from the oceanfront! There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, 1 queen sleep sofa in the den, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 4 flat screen TV’s, and 1 DVD player. Limit of 8 people. Parking for 1 car. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks. During the off-season, flex stays are available with a 3-night minimum. Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. The is a vehicle registration fee of $75.00 (cash or card)per vehicle from May 1 through September 30. The owner pays for linens for full week rentals only (full sheet set for all beds, and full towel/wash cloth sets for 8 people; includes delivery and pick-up). CONTROL#0011439

Nice view but that's all

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pros: Great view, nice linen package. Maintenance was responsive to our issues.The cons: The condo has seen better days. We've been to OCMD for decades and this was the worst condo we've stayed in. The kitchen was missing some very basic items, the towel bars in the bathrooms were "shaky" and looked like they were ready to fall off the wall, the vents were caked with dust, there was limited seating in the living room (we only had 3 people and all had to sit on the sofa), to get to the laundry we had to go outside of our condo, and we re-cleaned our bathrooms. We also had issues with the AC. We called maintenance (and they were VERY responsive) and came to our condo and said it was an old AC unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience was very good. We were able to have an early check-in, and this was communicated to us the same day. The check in process was straightforward and easy. I did not realize that while a parking spot was included, it was not free of cost. The location is phenomenal. There are very few included items in the rental, so we needed to purchase even things like salt and pepper and bags, but these were noted in the agreement, so that was not a surprise. We did not have a vacuum though, which was on the agreement, so I would bring something along. But other than that, we really enjoyed our time and would recommend this location.
