  • Located on the boardwalk with direct beach & ocean views. Enjoy this large, roomy unit in a highly desirable area. The 2-tier, oceanfront balcony with southern exposure is a great place to enjoy watching the World Famous Ocean City boardwalk. Close to everything you need for a perfect vacation. This unit has a full modern kitchen, washer, dryer, and central air conditioning. The building is well equipped with multiple staircases, elevators and handicap ramps, as well as an outside footwash & shower and covered parking for one car. Unit 111 is NON-SMOKING both in the unit and on the balcony. This building books very quickly-reserve early or lose your spot! Kitchen sink has a reverse osmosis filter.
