Property was clean - just suggest checking the lock. Had to jiggle the key quite a bit at times to get it to turn. Also, bathroom sink drain is a little slow. All else was fine. Thanks

Really nice pet friendly unit
Great location. A very clean nicely appointed condo. Lots of pillows, blankets and confortable sleeping with a Queen bed, pull out sofa and separate ottoman bed. Loved the assigned numbered parking spot. Unit is on the third floor which gave for better views from balcony.

The building and the condo are run down.
Being on the third floor with no elevator should be explained at the beginning. A person who has a bad knee would not have taken this place.

The Beach is Wonderful
All the check-in/check-out details and stay information should be available through VRBO site. The location was just as described and we enjoyed our time so close to the water. The condo was not thoroughly cleaned for us (crumbs and spills in the fridge and hair in the shower/tub). Glad we were there during a quieter time prior to the Labor Day Weekend rush.

BATTERY RECHARGE!!

The final cost was high after they added higher than I noticed with other properties for service and cleaning fee. When we arrived the dishwasher had dirty dishes and the sink had food debris. We paid what I consider high (vs Hiltons/Marriotts) for our 9 lb dog and there was no place for him to go potty. Signs around the property ‘No Pee No Poo’ forcing us to find other places that were not ideal. They should also have mentioned that property was on 3rd floor which was very difficult for both me and our aging pet! Not critical but a wine opener would have been appreciated. And though you had to bring everything; TP, Paper towels, Shampoo, etc. I notice that some of the other VRBO properties include them. Finally they said there were blankets but there were none. Probably won’t use VRBO again or at least this property as this was our first time !

Perfect for a small family
We had a great stay in Ocean city, Maryland. The property was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. There was easy access to the beach which is great when you have kids and a bunch of beach toys. There was great dining and shopping within walking distance and the boardwalk was just a short drive away. The walk up and down the 2 flights of stairs was not ideal but we managed okay. I would recommend this property and hope to visit again.

The condo could have been cleaner. Very close to the beach. The 3 flights of steps kept us in shape. The manger seemed a little confused, coming to clean, thinking we were gone, 2 days early. Then there was confusion over when we thought was our check out. We had confirmation from VROB and the manager that we were checking out Monday, however someone dropped the ball, and never entered the information on their end. VRBO said if we had to pay more for the change they would let us know. End story, we had to leave a day early. I had a really hard time getting information on where guests could park. There is one spot assigned. The kitchen is sparse in utensils and take coffee cups. The ones provided are the size of a child’s tea party. Probably wouldn’t rent again.

I am truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced through your booking with VRBO. Unfortunately the homeowners/property managers have little to do with the booking itself. That is all done through the guests and VRBO. If you are not happy with the booking process, that really needs to be taken up with VRBO. This guest and her husband were kind and I would have gladly extended their stay however another guest had already booked right after them through VRBO so there was little I could do. Wonderful condo right by the beach.
The condo was a perfect fit for our family and it was so convenient to be so close to the beach and the main strip. We could easily walk to shops and restaurants. Thank you so much for the great experience. The laundry was a huge bonus with three young kids.

Wonderful stay!

It’s a great place in a good location. The only thing that was frustrating is that there is no elevator. Carrying the luggage up 3 flight of stairs was a lot. If you so don’t mind it and your dog can handle stairs, it’s perfect. Overall though it’s a great place!

My mom and I stayed at this property for a short girls trip with our two dogs. You can’t beat the location as it has great access to the beach and various restaurants. The only thing I would say is that it could have been a tad bit cleaner upon arrival. But overall, great place.

Great location for a single adult!
I have stayed here the last two summers with my little dog. It is a perfect location, on the beach and within walking distance to many of my favorite restaurants and bars. The condo itself could certainly use a little bit of updating, particularly the sofas, stovetop, doorknob, and bathroom cabinet. But traveling solo with my Jack Russell, this is perfect! I feel lucky to have found the spot and I'm looking forward to next summer.

Cute spot right on the beach
We loved our stay here! It was the perfect size for two of us with our dogs. It is near a ton of restaurants/things to do and you can’t beat being oceanside. Yes, as others said the appliances and bathroom are dated, but they work and that’s what mattered to us. It would be nice to have a better vacuum as the one there barely worked, as well as a more comfortable couch, but we loved it and would definitely stay again!

Great week in OC!
I will try to be 100% honest. For the price you pay, this condo is fine/great. We didn't expect the Ritz and it isn't, but it's comfortable enough for our family. The size was perfect for our two younger kids and dog, but might be tight for more than 3-4 adults. All the appliances worked fine and we were glad that the pots and pans were in good shape. The only cons we had was that the internet wasn't the fastest and the signal was very weak from the bedroom, and the bathtub/shower was a bit rough. I think with a little work, this place could get better!

Nice place but needs updating. Lock on the front door stuck and was hard to unlock. Need new lock. Pull out couch was not usable as a bed. Was in really bad shape. Easier to sleep on floor. Did not see the blow up mattress as was advertised as having one. But good location Owner answered our call right away when we had questions.

NOT for families
The property is advertised as good for families and children. This unit is more appropriate for college kids during senior week (although I personally would not want my child staying here). The bathroom is completely filthy is dilapidated. Bathtime for my children was incredibly stressful. The vents both in the bathroom and throughout the unit are completely packed with dirt and grime. The bathroom tiles and grout are covered with mold. The kitchen appliances are from the 1970s and equally dirty and unusable. The counter was sticky and and covered in stains. The couches in the living room were in disrepair and need to be replaced. The unit clearly is not cleaned between visitors. The location was great, but doesn't make up for the condition of the unit. I spent a large chunk of the vacation trying to clean the unit to make it somewhat livable. We ended up leaving a day early. We loved OCMD and will return next summer, but definitely not to this unit.

I am sorry that you were so unhappy with this unit. A simple call to the property manager upon check-in would have helped in resolving your issues immediately. This unit is older however it is cleaned and sanitized between each use and the unit owners have made it beachy and cozy as guests have been happy with it as many have returned each summer. The unit is priced appropriately for its age and proximity to the beach. For example, guests who want the Hilton will need to pay the Hilton's rates. Enjoy the rest of your summer! Hopefully it won't be TOO hot :)
