Welcome to Salty Shark - direct oceanfront studio! This remodeled studio sleeps 4 and is in North Ocean City near great restaurants, bars, and 58 acre North Side Park. The park has sports fields, a recreation center, a walking/biking path, crabbing pier, playground, and outdoor fitness area. Building has outdoor pool in summer too! The unit features a King Murphy bed, and a Queen sofa bed. There's also an outdoor pool open in summer months!

Parking: Please park in space #26. There is a parking pass in the unit for your car. Only FRONT-IN parking is allowed!

Complimentary beach chairs and beach toys are waiting in your private storage closet. The unit does not have a washer/dryer, but there is coin operated laundry in the building. We've maximized use of the space, but this is a studio, not a 1 bedroom.

Please note: The person booking this unit must be at least 24 years of age and be present for the duration of the booking. Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. We do not rent to HS senior week guests. An excess cleaning fee of up to $200 may be charged if an excessive cleaning is need or damage is discovered.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available in the building for your use.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the trash chute near the elevators.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

When you arrive you may notice some temporary posts on the west side of the building. These have been put up in preparation for renovations that will take place in the fall of 2026 (yes, they were put up way too early!) They're not there for any structural issues, they're just there to help prevent any bits of the stucco from chipping off.

Wake up with ocean views right from your king-sized bed! This stunning ocean front studio comfortably sleeps 4 guests and offers a restful retreat in N. Ocean City. Whether you order carry-out or cook at home the kitchen has everything you need! Enjoy your coffee with the sun rise over the Atlantic or sip a cocktail on the balcony while gazing at the beach during the golden hours of evening. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, but only a short drive/bus ride away!

Linens and bath towels are included, along with free WiFi, a smart TV with access to all of your streaming services (including live TV through YouTube TV) board games, and an awesome outdoor pool in the summer. We even provide some beach chairs and supplies for you (found on the balcony)!

The unit doesn t have a washer/dryer, but there s a coin operated laundry room on the ground floor. The kitchen includes a full size oven, refrigerator, a microwave, cooking supplies and cutlery. It does not have a dishwasher. Please note that a $40 fee will be charged if any dirty dishes are left.

The condo is located in Cara Mar and there is elevator access to this 4th floor unit and one dedicated parking space.
Only FRONT-IN parking is allowed!
If you have two cars there s often ample, free street parking around the building.

Close to tons of great restaurant and bars (Crab Bag, Pit Pub, Cafe Mirage, Crab Cake Factory, Duffy s, etc) and 58 acre Northside Park! Northside park is a short walk from the unit and boasts a walking/biking path, fishing/crabbing pier, playground, outdoor exercise area, and recreation center. In the summer be sure to check out Sundays in the Park for live music, ice cream, and a drone show after sunset. In winter visit the park to experience Winterfest of Lights from Thanksgiving through New Year s Eve!

When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit. Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay.
