Oceanfront 3 Bedroom Condo directly on the Boardwalk with a Great Balcony

Regency - 21st on the Boardwalk
Living Area and Master Bedroom directly on the ocean. Walk out through the sliders from either room onto the balcony and look down on the boardwalk and out at the ocean.
The master bedroom has a king bed and a private full bathroom
The second bedroom has a queen bed while the 3rd bedroom has a twin bed with a pull out twin trundle.
The sofa is a queen sleeper
Cook a wonderful dinner while looking directly out at the ocean from the well stocked kitchen. Even doing dishes is not bad with that view on a beautiful sunny day.
Room for 6 at the dinning table.

Starting 4/1/2026 Linens are now included:

A set of sets are provided for each bed and beds are made - The only exception is the sleeper sofa in the living room. Please bring your own queen sheets if needed.
A towel set for each sleeping guest - 8 sets

We really enjoyed the property. The large balcony overlooking the boardwalk and ocean was beautiful. We were there for the music festival and the property was within walking distance of everything. The owner was very responsive to any questions.

The condo was perfect for us and our daughter's family from California who joined us for a week in Ocean City. The owner could not have been more helpful and even let us enter the condo early. Our 2nd stay here for girlfriends weekend. On the boardwalk, perfect location, the big balcony facing the ocean is great for enjoying the morning sun, or evening drinks. Great getaway

Great set up for any family or friends get away ! The view is everything I was hoping for and worth the trip. we enjoyed a brief stay and even though it rained we made the most of it by playing games and relaxing in the family room. The property is perfectly placed on the boardwalk next to pizza place , the arcade, and a 24 hr coffee bar for family fun. Super close to fishtails and plenty of spots to walk to for food or drinks . We had the best brunch ever at Barn 34 ( eggs benedict’s and bloody mary’s ) Bonus- we found a luggage cart by the elevator and were able to make unloading and loading up the car quick and easy. Great find!

WOW is all I can say ! Phil made everything so easy. The place was exactly as described and even included little extra! Beautiful location with full ocean from /balcony along both the living room and master bedroom. We will surely return for another stay. We stayed off season and it was perfect. The view was amazing. Don’t forget you need to bring bath mats and hand towels in addition to bath towels and sheets. I highly recommend staying with Phil. He’s an excellent host.

Best Host, Location & Property for a Relaxing Vacation

The host is the best - very personable, excellent communicator (instructions for the property, WiFi, TVs, check-in & check-out which is amazingly easy) & is exceptionally responsive to questions. Property is priced fairly, balcony is full-length windows/patio doors extending the entire width of the condo & providing a beautiful ocean view. Kitchen is convenient, well stocked & open to dining & living areas & the ocean view. Location on the boardwalk provides short walk to the ocean & easy walk to stores, restaurants, tram, bikes. Was a fun, relaxing vacation. Will be returning!
