Beautifully remodeled Oceanfront condo perfect for a couple or small family. Enjoy beautiful sunrises from your spacious oceanfront balcony and spectacular sunsets from second balcony facing bayside. One of OC's largest 1BR floorplans (800+ sq. ft), it has everything you could want from full-sized appliances inc washer/dryer, granite counters and new flooring. Prime beachfront location, large pool, close to restaurants/bars, groceries and shopping, it is a must-stay! Linens & Towels included.

The Space:
1 parking space per reservation -
Guest must register at front desk upon arrival ($50 parking fee must be paid cash Memorial Day - Labor Day) No parking fee in off-season.

Cleaning fee includes full linen package.
