One bedroom beachfront condominium in Ocean City, Maryland with great views and a larger floor plan. The open living area features the living room with a sleep-sofa, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast counter, dining area and full-bathroom. There is a private balcony off of the living area that is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the direct ocean and beach views. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, television, ensuite half-bathroom and a nice view of the bay. Building amenities include an indoor pool, multiple elevators, onsite parking, beachfront sundeck, hot tub and outside showers. Location is close to restaurants, shopping and more. Great location, needs TLC!

When we arrived the Bathroom tub had a ring and shower walls had not been cleaned (soap scum). We used Lysol to wash and then cleaned tiles along the baseboards in both bathrooms. We found the trash shoot to be locked on our floor requiring us to carry trash downstairs for disposal. The pool area had peeling paint around the hot tub and there was debris (hair, etc.) on the floor each day. Loved the location - away from the crowds further down towards the boardwalk. .

Dirty

The overall stay was ok. I pulled one knife out of the knife block and it had food stuck to it so I washed them all again. The drawer in the family room dresser fell apart the second it was opened. The sliding back door was very difficult to slide, and the front door frame came right out if the wall. I did call the property co and someone came right away to fix it, which really just masked the problem until it will happen again. I would say this property could use some important improvements and upgrades.
