Located in midtown Ocean City at 71st street and direct oceanfront with an outdoor pool, this Beach Place North property is a 4-level, 4BR, 2 1/2 BA oceanfront townhouse. It has central air conditioning, sleeps 8 features two oceanfront bedrooms, three oceanfront decks, and is perfectly set up for one large family.
There is an outdoor pool that is open from Memorial Day to late September and is available only for the guests at Beach Place North. The beach in front of Beach Place North is one of the few buildings with a direct walk-off from the living room balcony to access the ocean or your children can play in the sand right in front of your unit.
The townhouse doesn't just offer three balconies. It has a top-floor deck/balcony, perfect for watching the sunrise! The living room is furnished with a couch, a chair, and a television. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide countertop, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Off the dining area is the half-bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and balcony access. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, a television, and a bathroom. The fourth bedroom has queen beds a television and a private balcony. The bathrooms are located in the hallway on the third and fourth floors. Beach Place North 12 even includes sheets and bath towels! This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!
