Nicely renovated oceanfront condo with an outdoor pool and a prime location. This condo offers two bedrooms, two-full-bathrooms and an open living area. The living area features the living room with a sleep-sofa, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a private balcony off of the living area that is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful views. The oceanfront master bedroom features a king-sized bed, television and an ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features two queen-sized beds and a television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. The condo’s end-unit location enhances the views and lets in a lot of nice natural light for an open feel. This unit has been nicely renovated and is well-maintained. Building amenities include an outdoor pool, onsite parking, elevator and easy beach access. The building’s location is within a short walk to the boardwalk, Jolly Roger, restaurants, shopping, water sports, amusements and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage.
