Nice condo

Everything was expected! Parking can be a little tricky since its underneath, although the lot wasn't full for us so it made it easier to get in and out with the beams. Close walk to the beach and can see the dunes from the balcony. We would stay again

Great location; Comfortable condo; needs a good Cleaning!

A great location and very comfortable condo. Super comfortable beds and living room furniture. The only ding in the review is that it absolutely needs a thorough, deep cleaning (walls and cabinets need to be cleaned, bed quilts need to be washed) and the closet door in the twin bedroom need to be rehung (it was just leaned up against a wall inside the closet).

Our family stayed her for 3 nights. Great location and close to the beach but this condo is very dated and was not very clean. The carpet was very old and has lots of stains, walls were dusty and and not clean, couch had stains and rips, and the shower curtains had mold all over which could easily be a quick fix from replacing. The deck was big and had a nice view but could not really enjoy because of the old dirty carpet that they had over the wood and rusty patio furniture. We also did not have wifi our whole trip even after calling twice. Could be a really nice condo if taking care of.

Great location .. average house

For a quick family trip to the beach, this house did the trick. We spent three days and two nights there. The furniture was decent .. and the beds comfortable. Some drawbacks were the minimal basics for silverware and flatware. Having enough plates and decent cups would definitely improve the place. The dishwasher and washer and dryer were aged but definitely worked well. The carpet has a bunch of stains in it's but kudos to the cleaning staff because everything was tidy for the most part when we got there. Showers and toilets were all good .. but as with many beach properties there was sand in the shower off the master room and the water drained slowly. Really not a big issue, but just and fyi. Proximity to the beach was great and having two parking spots was a plus. Beware of the low overhead parking if bringing a car top carrier.

Perfect walk! Just as expected.

This is the biggest condo I have ever stayed at in OC for the price and proximity to the beach. The listing was just as pictured, carpets and bathrooms were extremely clean. Bedding was also fresh and cozy. The balcony needed some TLC but that wasn’t a deal breaker for us, we will be returning here.

Great vacation spot!

This condo is perfect for going to the beach and local attractions. Spacious and nicely furnished. It had all we needed for a great stay. We required assistance from Vacasa and Jason responded promptly and couldn’t have been more kind. We will definitely be back.

Great beach home

This property is roomy and close to the beach. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The kitchen is complete for those who want to cook. Cable TV is good but not all channels are provided.

Toilet Broken, Table Broken & Couldn’t Use TV

Pros: Great location, Place seemed clean for the most part. Cons: The one toilet was broken, with 5 people in the place and my elderly neighbor who was with us couldn’t hold it like most normal people, she had accidents. That’s why I got a place with two bathrooms. The dining room table was broken and my son gave himself a little cut. No batteries in some of the remote controls and we couldn’t figure out the tv in the living room so we all watched tv in the main bedroom. Called and informed them but no call back.

Great stay but concerns w/toddler

Overall, this is what we were looking for. Very close to the beach (perfect for walking with a toddler and all our stuff), functional for a short family stay. Communication with Casa and Vrbo was very easy. I knocked it down to a rating of 3 due to lots of little updates/fixes needed that caused safety concerns regarding our 1 year old. The deck had a nail sticking out of the floor that could have resulted in a trip to urgent care if not noticed and fixed by my husband. There is rusty and broken patio furniture outside, a loose panel on the side of the deck, and a large rip in the carpetting. Inside--an open trash can, doorknob locks that stick, cabinets without safety locks, and uncovered outlets all over. The last 2 items are not a huge deal but the other items really need to be fixed should we consider staying here next time. It also looked as though beneath the beds hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while. Again, if you're staying with a group of adults, none of these things are a big deal, just kind of a bummer. We're thankful to have been able to book such a great location in OCMD! This was a fantastic alternative to the Jersey Shore.

Fire hazard, broken dishwasher, lights that don't work, but really close to the beach

The location is excellent -- a three to five minute walk to a quiet part of the beach. It's also walking distance to some really good restaurants. Vacasa, the management company that runs the property, is awful and completely unresponsive. When we arrived, the dishwasher was broken and had two inches of standing water in it. Vacasa's first response was that the dishwasher was "a known problem" and "the owner does not intend to fix it." They offered us a $60 refund when we were paying almost four times that per night. Then Vacasa told us that they had only found out about the dishwasher a couple of days before our arrival and that a new machine was on order. When I asked for a plumber to come out and, at the very least, empty the water from the dishwasher. They increased the refund amount to $75. I didn't want a refund. I wanted the fully functioning kitchen that they advertised. The people who answer the phone for Vacasa have an Oregon phone number. They said the local property manager would contact us the following morning, but she never called or stopped by. They also refused to send out a plumber. We also discovered and complained about the fact that the lint filter in the dryer was rusted and there were huge holes in the filter. This is a serious fire hazard because that means the exhaust tube is filling with lint from beach towels with every group that stays here. Ocean City also requires a rental permit to be posted in all rental properties. The certificate posted in this place had expired in April 2020 and we stayed in this place in July 2021. The overhead lights in the bedrooms also don't work, but hey, it's really close to the beach and neither Vacasa, nor the condo owners, care about the condition of the property.

Great Location!!

The location is amazing. You are literally a block away from the beach. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The price was good for its location. The kitchen could use some renovation but it was still very functional. One of my friends needed to sleep on the couch which wasn’t the comfiest. It is also a little sunk in but not that much of a big deal considering we weren’t really in the room much. The ceiling fan lights didn’t work but the room had lamps so it wasn’t a problem. Over all would come back and recommend.

Good Property and location with its pros and cons

Pros - Great location just a few meters from beach. - Easy to find - 1st floor with 2 dedicated car parking - pretty clean with clean linen and towels. Cons - Old condo and old appliances which make a lot of noises - right off the street so too much vehicle noise - old A/C unit. Makes a lot of noise every time it starts. - toilet doors don’t lock - the balcony wasn’t maintained so wasn’t usable. - the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable to sleep at all. Ended up sleeping on the floor.

Perfect location near beach

This condo was very nicely furnished and it was very close to a lovely beach. The layout was great and all the furniture was very comfortable and attractive. Two complimentary parking spots too!

Pleasant stay

Clean property in a convenient mid-town location. Easy walk to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby buT fairly quiet. Really not much of a view from the apartment or the deck which faces a parking lot. Also deck furniture was old and not very comfortable. However, the bed was a king and very comfortable which was more important!

The unit is in a great midtown location and has a fantastic layout. Great ocean view from deck. However, I spent the first night cleaning the unit's kitchen walls and dust built up on walls throughout the unit. Food on chairs and carpet.

Nice location but needs improvement

We got there on a Sunday and it seemed ok at first however, there was about a half a centimeter of dust on the ceiling fans ( and one ceiling fan didn’t work) and part of the kitchen ceiling. The oven was dirty also. Another issue was the coffee maker, we had to go to Dunkin’ Donuts every morning and had to spend a lot of money that we hadn’t counted on. The main bathroom struggled to drain during a shower. WiFi was also a problem. 4 different people followed the instructions and we all got the message that it was the wrong password. Most of that was discovered on the first evening of our stay so I inquired about the WiFi, coffee maker and I didn’t know where the parking pass was to put in the car. It’s now the Wednesday that we were going home and I still haven’t heard anything. ( I found the parking pass the next day) so we spent a lot of extra on coffee and all our phones ran out of data so that also cost us extra that hadn’t been counted on. We had a great time in Ocean City and will definitely go back but perhaps not here.

Plumbing issues galore/ Lacked necessities

My family and I stayed there for the last two nights and just returned home. It was a good thing we did not spend too much time in the room. To start we checked in and noticed there was no toilet paper in either bathroom (realized after the little one already used the toilet) but more importantly our 1st showers in both bathrooms were the main issue. Once they started to run and water filled the drains, sand came spewing up from the drains and the water would not go down. By the end of the two day and 3 showers the tub was filled with disgusting sandy dirty water! I will be following up with customer service reference these issues..
