58 East 301 is Ocean Block but what a view from this 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Ocean Block condo. Unit 301 is on the East end of the building which give you a great view from your balcony.
The spacious, stylish living room is furnished with a comfy couch, swivel chair, and a wall mounted television. The sofa has a queen-size sleeper in the living area. The windows in the living room plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked remodeled kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds with a flat screen tv. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family! There are two off street parking spaces and free off street parking on a first come first serve basis.
