    This townhouse, located on 16th St., just one block from the beach and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk, is a relaxing getaway the whole family will enjoy! Sunburst 110 is a beachy, three-level, three-bedroom townhouse close to all of the downtown attractions. Recently constructed in 2014, this 1,300-square-foot property is located super close to the many shops, restaurants, and daytime and nightlife activities that the area offers. Unit offers a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a long breakfast bar with three barstools. Kick back in the adjoining living room to watch a good movie or ballgame on the flatscreen TV, or step outside onto the balcony overlooking Philadelphia Ave., the perfect place for watching classic cars during Cruisin' Ocean City or Endless Summer Cruisin'.

    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Location was great, double garage was great. The bathroom on the main floor was really banged up--baseboards needed replacement. Master bathroom was comfortable, except the blinds did not keep out the street lights very well--the host should add curtains. The vents in both upstairs bathrooms were all rusty and moldy. There were not enough pillows and the pillows they did have were very flat. The couch downstairs was sagging and not comfortable. The curtains in the main area were also sagging and almost coming out of the wall. There were several light bulbs that had burned out and most of the lights had totally different colors to them. In all, the quality of the house was not worth the price. The host has a lot to clean and fix before we would consider coming back

Unfortunately, this property was not as advertised and appears to need significant maintenance.Upon arrival, the home had a strong mildew odor which appeared to come from the leaking upstairs shower in the king bedroom. Every time it was used, the odor returned, the floor under the shower became soggy, and there are visible water stains on the living room ceiling below.Within 30 minutes of arriving, we contacted the rental management company and reported all of our concerns. Especially about the bunk bed saying making it unsafe for three young children to sleep. We were assured an “urgent” maintenance request would be submitted and that someone would contact us within 24 hours. We never received a call, message, or visit.Although the home advertises three bathrooms, only one was fully functional. The upstairs shower that leaked in addition to the downstairs shower that was impractical to use due to the height of the shower head and its fixed direction. Children could not use that shower and most adults can't fit.Additional issues included broken dining chairs, cracked deck chairs, burned-out light bulbs, a bathroom doorknob that fell off and locked someone inside and the walls and baseboards were dirty and in need of some maintenance. The only positives were the clean stove and refrigerator and the spacious two-car garage. Overall, we cannot recommend this property in its current condition.

Avoid this townhouse. We arrived for our only vacation of the year to find a filthy, unsafe property heavily misrepresented by outdated photos. Check-in was delayed 4 hours, forcing us to wait outside until 8 PM. Upon entry, the home had a foul odor that was being masked with a dirty window fan running in the kitchen. The dispatched housekeeper even admitted the condition was unacceptably bad. The townhouse contained health and safety hazards. There were dried blood drops tracked across the bedroom and bathroom floors, plus blood on the comforter in that same room. We found active mold in the bathroom and washer seal, and dried vomit on the balcony and balcony furniture. Trash and dirty silverware were left under the sofa and beds. Furthermore, the bunk beds were structurally unstable and rocked pretty bad, while the master shower floor was squishy indicating that it was rotting beneath the fiberglass. I was forced to clean up the blood and had to buy emergency air mattresses and bedding out of pocket because the bedding was entirely unsafe to sleep on. To hide missing inventory, broken dining chairs were stuffed into a closet with other trash. We were promised maintenance to evaluate the unsafe beds while they looked to relocate us, but all commitments were completely abandoned and our deadlines were ignored. We were stuck there because the town was entirely sold out. Dealing with this consumed our vacation time and caused severe distress. Do not trust this listing.
