Cozy 2 bedroom first floor unit in the downtown area for a family or group of 8. Located 1 block from the bay and 2 blocks to the boardwalk/beach. Steps away from the pool and sunsets!

Beautiful front porch with glider and outdoor seating. Bistro table to enjoy the fresh early morning and evening air.

Each room has a smart TV with xfinity including HBO to allow everyone to stream/watch their favorite shows.

Our second time staying at this property and we love it. The place is between the bay and the boardwalk with a 24 hr convenience store steps away. The laundry service is super convenient, the furniture is very comfy any the hosts are very responsive. Couldn’t be happier

Perfect beach getaway spot

Hosts were very accommodating and gracious. They allowed us to bring our dogs along which was great! The property is just adorable and exactly the beach cottage we were hoping for. Very cozy and super close to everything! Just a wonderful experience all around!

House is great! Short two block walk to beach/boardwalk, one block to bay and playground right there. Very convenient location. Place was clean, stocked with dishes and pans, washer dryer. Access to pool was great too. Highly recommend and owner is very responsive with any questions

The best apartment for your vacation

We have atayed here multiple times now, and have it booked for next time. This apartment is amazing. Best location, basketball court, playground, skate park, corner stores everywhere...the bay is 1 block to the front, amazing views, and the boardwalk is 2 blocks the other way. And a pool! Very quiet neighborhood, we have become friendly with the neighbors...everyone around is so nice. We cant wait to come back.

Great place for family

This was a great place to stay for our four person family. It’s close to the beach and only steps away from an amazing playground. Our only struggle was the small size of the bedrooms. We struggled to fit a pack-n-play in the bedroom. However, this wasn’t a huge problem. We just had to slide a dresser over to make it fit, no big deal. We would totally stay again.

Family in OC for a conference

The property was clean, quiet, in a pleasant neighborhood. Walkable to the beach and boardwalk. Convenience store one block away. I parking space on property with street parking in front of property Week of May 7th very few restaurants open pizza shops closed in OC. West OC was open. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils and pans to make meals for the family I would stay there again

In-between the bay and the beach, close to everything..you cant go wrong. Good neighborhood. Park for kids 1 block over, basketball courts and a place designated for your dogs to go potty. A deli one block up..a corner store 1 block the other way. 5 minute walk to boardwalk..and the bay. Clean and cute apartment. Complete with everything you would need to cook. Id definitely stay again. Owners answered questions and replied very quickly with all questions.

We loved our stay here. The condo was in immaculate condition and we could smell how clean it was the moment we stepped through the front door. As another reviewer had stated, it is larger in person than the pictures show. Mike and Michele were amazing! We had an issue with one of the appliances breaking down unexpectedly and they went out of their way to resolve it immediately and efficiently. We were already familiar with the location, but it was perfect, right in the middle of everything that we needed. We could not have been happier with this place or with Mike and Michele!!!

What a cute, cozy condo/apartment! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was decorated with a beachy theme which I really loved. The location (2 blocks to the boardwalk) was ideal. We walked up one night to eat at Shenanigan's (which we highly recommend). The only small things that we didn't like was the parking and the lack of sheets, towels, and paper products. During Sunfest parking was at a premium. Luckily I read in the amenities that we needed to provide our own sheets, towels, and paper products, otherwise we would have been up a creek! However, we would definitely stay here again!

Great Location, Amazing Host!

The property is in a perfect location as you can easily access the boardwalk and many of the nearby bars and restaurants. There is street parking right in front of the house, which made unpacking and leaving super convenient. The house was clean with modern fixtures, and had a great open living room, dining space, and kitchen for everyone to hang out. The owners are super professional and quickly responded to our questions. We had a problem with the batteries on the door dying the first day, and the owner responded in minutes with a delivery of fresh batteries within less than an hour. 10/10 experience and will definitely stay here again next year. One of the best VBRO hosts we have ever encountered.

Great Place

Let me start by saying location was great! Block to bay and two blocks to boardwalk and beach. The pictures online of the condo are wonderful but when you enter it, just wow! Very clean and organized and it even smelled clean. Neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing but yet close to everything. The host of the property answered all my questions immediately. Never did I have to wait for an answer. Hosts came to town and even messaged us to see if we needed anything, really who reaches out like that. I have already made arrangements to stay next year. We travel quite a lot in and out of country and I must say this was by far the best overall. No joke , stay here you will not regret it! If you stay make sure you go to Mitchell’s market around the corner and get a Mitchell’s special cheese steak!
