Gateway Grand 1413 is a stunning DIRECT OCEANFRONT condo. Deluxe oceanfront building on 48th street with a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large sundeck and more. This decorator furnished 4BR, 3BA condo will offer all the luxury for a fantastic vacation. Bedding includes 1 king in the primary bedroom, a bedroom with 1 queen, and two bedrooms each with double bunk beds. Please note bedroom 4 with double bunks not shown in photos yet. The condo will accommodate your family of up to 10. The owner provides sheets and towels for your convenience.
Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days, unit rents Saturday to Saturday.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking Non-Vaping building, except for designated areas.
$151. non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
