This lovely condo is one of Ocean City's only five-bedroom oceanside properties. Professionally decorated and meticulously designed, St. Kitts 102 offers a large, bright, and open floor plan with every tucked bedroom away from the noise for maximum peace and quiet. There is a huge kitchen that is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs and an extra-large, fully furnished balcony with an ocean view that will offer relaxing vibes for all who attend, plus free WiFi and flatscreen TVs throughout. St. Kitts is a truly elegant and unique addition to Ocean City and will provide happy and relaxing vacation memories to everyone who stays here. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
