Welcome to La Mirage! This darling, one-bedroom condo is perfect for families, groups of friends, couples, and even solo travelers. It’s well equipped with a full kitchen with all the essentials, marvelous ocean and beach views from the balcony, an outdoor dining area in the balcony for meals al fresco, a washer/dryer on site, free WiFi, central air conditioning, and also offers a prime location close to restaurants, shopping, and recreation areas.




Things to Know
No smoking and no pets, please

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful ocean front unit

Vacasa

The apartment itself was very nice and clean.... however, there was very loud construction being done on the outside of the building that completely ruined our vacation, and vacasa gave a maintenance man our apartment number and code to come fix something that we didn't call about, he was going to just enter our apartment at 7:30pm on Friday without our knowing .....vacasa is the worst property management company i have ever had to deal with. We were basically told there was nothing they could do and when we said that wasn't acceptable, we were told someone else would call us back, and of course he never did. We will never being booking another property that they manage again.

Perfect location

Very pleased with the property! Thought the price was reasonable all things considered (location, ocean front, updated floors & washer/dryer). OC MD is quite expensive for what it is (for what you pay for condo can *easily* travel elsewhere). Only reason not 5 stars on check in was the electronic lock would not let us in. Fortunately for us we were able to have one person at realtor and one at place in order to ensure we could get in using lockbox. Maintenance came eventually and lock was good to go rest of week. Definitely accurate pictures and description.
