The Capri is loved by many as it just steps from the beach!

The beautiful indoor pool allows for relaxing swims year-round, while the fitness center will help you keep that "beach body" in tip-top shape. Perhaps a challenging game of tennis at the outdoor court is more your style or a shooting some hoops at the indoor basketball court? The kids will love the game room that features video games, ping pong table, pool table and an air hockey table. For those looking for peace and quiet, stop by the building library and find a good book for your stay!
This unit is ready to make your vacation memorable. This amazing 2 BR 2 BA unit sleeps 6 and features tastefully decorated flooring and furniture in the living areas. The kitchen features granite countertop, newer appliances and has everything you need for cooking your meals from home. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit too! There are TV's in the living room along with both bedrooms and wireless internet for "working from home". When you are done from your fun filled day, be sure to relax on the balcony to enjoy that cool summer breeze and your view of the ocean!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 4th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

2nd time staying in this condo. It’s clean, updated, the kitchen is pretty well equipped and the location on the beach is wonderful. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

This is a great place to stay! The building has a few amenities but others near it have better. However, the condo was perfect. The beds are small but nice; everything is clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

Always love our stay at capri

Only disappointment was our stay was over winter hoping for swim time with the littles. The pool was absolutely freezing. Tried to reach out via vrbo and got a response that they only handle the registrations. Apparently condo owners were in the know there was a part replacement needed. Wish we knew ahead of time aboit the pool since that was the main entertainment for the littles in the off season. We would have chosen somewhere else to stay.

Cute condo for a few days

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a nice condo. It was clean and decorated nicely. It had plenty of space for our family of 4 and really easy access to the beach and parking lot. You do only get one space for parking but the public lot is two clocks away and $10 a day. They do need new pillows and the carpets are starting to show the wear and tear from renting. Benchmark, who managed our condo we’re very easy to work with. The committee any that manages the building was average. The actual building is a little dated and when we were there one of the elevators kept stopping and saying it was having technical difficulties but the management group of the building didn’t seem too concerned. We found it unsettling to not know how long we would sit there until the doors would open.
