The condo is near several good bars and restaurants, including Harpoon Hanna's, Catch 54, and Papa Grande's. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit features a thoughtful layout. The primary bedroom includes its own private bathroom and sliding glass doors that lead to the huge balcony with an ocean view. You can also access the balcony from the living room, perfect for morning coffee and sunrises or evening relaxation. Tucked just off Coastal Highway, the condo provides a peaceful, private setting while still being a five-minute walk to the beach, dining, shopping, and entertainment. It’s ideal for families and guests of all ages. Additional highlights include two designated parking spaces, ample street parking, and access to a community pool. Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps, and all paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. No smoking/vaping. No pets, please. The property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
