Steps off the elevator and protected from the weather, this condo screams fun! Your family will have the time of their lives with so much space for all to spread out. The kitchen and dining area are wide open to the living area which is open to the fabulous view of the ocean. The first guest room has a queen bed, the second guest room has two comfy double beds. There is a beautiful king bed in the master bedroom. All bedrooms have wall mounted TVs. The kitchen comes with all the desired equipment for your stay-at-home meals and brand new appliances as well. There is a washer and dryer, air conditioning, free internet, two parking spaces supplied. Maximum Occupancy is 8. BDRM 1: King Bed BDRM 2: 1 Queen Bed, BDRM: 3: 2 Double Beds LVRM: Queen Sleep Sofa.

EASY CHECK-IN, OFFICE ON-SITE! The Registration Fee, $80 payable 4/4 - 10/17, includes parking for two vehicles. The fee for extra vehicles is $20 a day or $80.00 per week. 24-hour Security, Indoor Pool (heated), Dry-heat Sauna, Hot Tub, Outdoor Pool (heated) both have kiddie pools. Wi-fi paid by owner.
