This Beautifully Decorated Townhome Awaits

This beautiful 3 BR 2.5 BA Townhouse is conveniently in West Ocean City. From here, you will be 1.5 miles to the boardwalk, 7 miles to Assateague Island, 4 miles to Frontier Town, 1 mile to the outlets and it is convenient to many of the area's best golf courses. You'll also be surrounded by fun for the family with miniature golf, batting cages, two go cart tracks, paintball and a movie theatre. The boardwalk is an easy drive away for even more family fun! The adults will love being close to the grocery store and many fantastic restaurants/bars including Harborside Bar/Grill, Mickey Fins, Sunset Grille, The Shark and Bad Monkey to name a few.

This home has plenty of room for you to stretch out and features a large kitchen dining room area, family room with a fireplace, 2 decks with a view of the pond, washer/dryer, wireless internet and TV's in every room. You will love the hardwood floors throughout. The living room has a huge flat screen to watch your favorite movies or sporting events. There is also a workstation that includes a desk, monitor and printer for those that may need to "work". The main bedroom has a king size bed, while bedrooms two and three have a queen along with a pyramid bunk bed (full on bottom/twin on top). There is also a queen sleeper in the living room.
You'll love the indoor or outdoor pool, 5-acre lake, walking trail, playground, fitness center and tennis court. You'll get your money's worth with this home!

* Sorry no pets allowed.
* The property comes with 2 parking spots.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, the indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Great stay

The house was clean, spacious, cozy, great location to shopping, and a nice place to relax. The neighborhood was quiet no matter what time of day. The host was very quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again on another visit.

Close to everything we were looking for

Great location in West Ocean City. Community Pool was so large and quiet most of the week. Great area for biking and fishing around the pond with wonderful restaurants nearby. The beach is just over the bridge. The townhouse was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 teens. Very clean upon arrival and very helpful having the linens provided.

Overall the place was very nice. The kitchen amenities need a little help, with a bit more silverware. More trash bags and paper towels to start. Family girls get together

Part of us were from NY and part were from Alabama. It had been a year since we had been together. We had a great time! We cooked meals and went out to eat! The house is perfectly located to go shopping, go to Assateague to see the wild horses, and everyone surfing. Got up early every morning and watched the sun rise on the ocean 5 minute drive! Grocery store less than a three minute drive!! Everything was perfect, so many things to do even had books to read and games to play. If you don’t enjoy yourself it would be your own fault. We would love to come back again!! It was great.
