Great Location and Property Manager

This was a great location - enjoy everything in the area. Quick walk to the beach, park, restaurants, mini golf, and stores. Condo was clean, newly renovated. Thoroughly enjoyed the outside patio - it was relaxing in the morning and a day at the beach. Our entire group enjoyed our stay.

Great beach vacation!

Nice, clean property. We loved the large private back deck! The pool was very nice after a day at the beach. So many nice restaurants nearby. Lovely to have laundry in the unit, also!

Nice one bedroom condo

We liked that it was on first floor so there were no stairs to deal with carrying luggage. Easy walk to beach, close to restaurants and mini golf.

Great time away to relax

Property was cozy and clean, super close to everything we wanted to see and be in and just get away to relax for a few days. I would not change a thing and Marcy was fantastic. Already on planning to head back next year and bring tje whole family.

Perfect stay

My family and I had a great time. The place was perfect for us and our 2 girls ages 11 & 13. Very clean, updated and had everything we needed. Back porch area was a nice place for our morning coffee. Was close walking distance to everything we needed. Beach was a a close easy walk as well. Pool was great and the kids loved swimming there in the evening after the day at the beach. Host was very nice and responded quickly. Would definitely stay again!

This was the PERFECT getaway for our little family!☀️🌊

This condo was in an absolutely perfect location for us and it was very clean! My husband and I along with our two kids (5 & 7) had the best time! It was such a short, safe walk to the beach and the pool was great, as well! Marcy was so easy to work with and made sure that we had everything that we needed❤️

The property was a great location very clean and just and better then described. The pool was great and the location is right in the middle of a good time. A block away from the beach and walking distance to a ton of activities. My wife and I had a nice relaxing fun time.

Convenient, clean, comfortable

This property was great. Parking, a deck and a pool are among the amenities. The furnishings were comfortable (loved the couch) and the rental was very clean. Owner was very responsive and kind. As a single woman I felt very comfortable staying here. Very close to beach too!

Wonderful experience

Our family had a wonderful stay at Marcy’s condo. The location was perfect. The place was incredibly clean. Well stocked with essentials. Marcy was easy to communicate with and an incredibly pleasant host. Can’t wait to return again next summer.

Perfect Condo stay for family

My husband, our 2 small children, and I enjoyed a fun and comfortable stay at this lovely little beach condo. The location was great with so much in walking distance. We loved using the pool and it was never too crowded. The outdoor patio was such a beautiful space too! Marcy was an incredible host. Very nice, communicative, and accommodating. I cannot say enough nice things about her! The condo is so well kept and we felt safe and at home during our trip. We look forward to our next stay!

Great location

You have a few great places on the block within walking distance. The beach is right accros the beach and so is dumpsters dairyland. Also check out the açai bowl place..its VERYGOOD. WIFI IN THE PLACE WITH BETFLIX,AMAZON AND YOUTUBE when ur ready to wine down.lol check out sky Raw bar for evening entertainment and dinner!!

Best Vacation Experience

Marcy was one of the most professional and realistic person I have had the pleasure to book with, starting with her response time being faster than I can process, and her overall she is out for the best of her clients before herself, the place itself was amazing pictures couldn't do it justice. Great Stay!

The unit was clean and had everything necessary to cook meals. We brought our own rice cooker and crock pot but the unit had a crock pot in it. My only negative remark is that the bathroom and bedroom doors did not fully close. Marcy, the owner/manager was easy to contact and responded quickly. If I had to, I'd definitely book again.

Wrong bed size

Listing said king size bed, got full side. Didn’t get Any good sleep due to sharing a full size bed with a 6yr old. Ruin my vacation.

Exceeded expectations - Nice Property

Well appointed 1 bedroom condo. Kitchen, flooring, and furniture are all very nice. We really appreciated having a large couch that our entire family could sit on and relax to watch TV. Would have been nice to have cable in the condo, however there were streaming options. We are an iOS family, so not being able to use AirPlay on the main TV was a bit cumbersome, but were able to use Chromecast with Disney+ off of my phone. Will certainly stay again.

Exaggerated listing

The check in information was delayed and not delivered until hours after advertised check in time. Once we arrived, we found the advertised king size bed was in fact a queen size bed. We booked the unit based on the location and the accommodations that included a king size bed. Also, the refrigerator still had previous guests food The amenities were a consolation to the let down of accommodations.

Great condo

This was perfect for my family. Quiet, short walk to the beach and nearby park. Kids loved having access to the pool. And a Starbucks basically next door. Condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed.
