    Spend a getaway in beachside bliss at this North Ocean City condo. Recently updated and just steps from the beach, this gem is the perfect home base for a coastal escape. After days at the shore, relax on the balcony with a cocktail or cold beverage. The kitchen boasts full-size, stainless steel appliances for easy at-home meal planning and a dishwasher for quick cleanup. Grab a quick bite at the four-seat breakfast bar or enjoy sit-down meals at the dining table. The living area features comfy sofa seating and a smart TV for everything from casual downtime to family movie nights. Powerful mini-split air-conditioning units throughout the home keep everybody cool and comfortable, while wall-unit heating (no central HVAC) provides chilly-weather warmth. Modern essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Elevators are not available. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
