    The Space:

    The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. Wake up every single day to the unmistakable sound of the crashing waves at this perfect beach condo! It's well-equipped with everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. The kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, and microwave. Don't hesitate and surprise your loved ones with savory meals and beach snacks during your stay. The living area is all about comfort and coziness with inviting furniture and a TV. Then, make your way over to the private balcony furnished with a convenient outdoor dining area and get ready to experience a picture-perfect sun set that will blow your mind! The on-site washer/dryer adds convenience to your stay. Things to Know The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed. The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026. The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers. Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We recently stayed here and I would rate the condo a 4/5. Clean environment with a great view. All amenities worked well. The front door lock was very difficult to lock & unlock with the key most times; it appears older & more worn than most of the other condos locks and probably should be updated.

Great Stay, nice unit

The unit was great. Beds and couch were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was also clean, the cleaning service did a thorough cleaning. I loved the unit but did have issues with Vacasa. I emailed them through the link provided when I rented the unit because I had a few questions and they never responded. Not once. Then the vacuum for the unit wasn't working while we were there. I'm sure the owner of the unit would like us to keep the unit clean so I went to the Vacasa office. They assured me that someone would come up that day to replace the vacuum. The entire week went by with no vacuum and no other communication from Vacasa. Considering the unit is mostly rug, the owner should know that Vacasa did not help us keep their unit clean. No issues with the unit, loved it and we would stay their again, just didn't like dealing with Vacasa.
