A spacious, modern powder room is conveniently located on this level. You’ll also find a small nook under the stairs stocked with extra linens, pillows, games, and books for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a brand-new refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and cooktop oven. Coffee lovers can choose between a Keurig with starter pods or a traditional 12-cup drip coffeemaker—bring your favorite ground coffee. The kitchen is also stocked with quality Cuisinart cookware, a toaster oven, a griddle, and a standard toaster, among many other amenities.

Step out onto the deck and enjoy direct canal-front views. A private boat slip is available on-site for guest use. As a special bonus, a private charter captain is available for hire—perfect for fishing excursions or sunset cruises on the bay.

The deck features a dining table with seating for four and two additional chairs, all shaded by a large cantilever umbrella during the day and softly lit with solar lights at night. An electric grill is available for your chef to prepare a delicious al fresco meal. No need to water the flowers—they’re silk!

Upstairs, you’ll find two tastefully decorated bedrooms: the master bedroom features a queen bed, and the second bedroom boasts a twin-over-full bunk bed. The upstairs master bathroom is shared and accessed through the primary bedroom area, making this home best suited for small families or close friends rather than separate couples seeking privacy. Each bedroom features its own Roku TV and independent AC control. Brand new Hotel Collection mattresses and luxury bed and bath linens ensure a restful night's sleep. Wooden luggage stands and extra blankets are provided for your convenience.

A Pack 'n Play, mattress, and sheets are available along with a high chair for your little one.

We require a 2-night minimum stay. A 10% discount is offered for a 7-night stay. Don’t miss the Ocean City Air Show or the White Marlin Fishing Tournament during the summer season. Spring Fest, Fall Fest, Country Concerts and Winter Fest of Lights are offered during the off season.
Small dogs who are well behaved and who weigh less than 25 pounds are welcome in the off season. There is an additional fee of $35/night for four-legged guests.
