Guest Access:
Guest at the White Marlin building have full access to amenities such as pool and elevator. Please note that a key is needed to utilize the elevator and pool area. Upon arrival a member of your group will have to go up to the unit via stairs in order to retrieve and use the elevator key.
One assigned parking is available on site. Additional parking can be found on the street.
Other Things to Note:
A valid government-issued photo ID is required to verify identity, confirm age, and finalize your booking. Access to the property will not be granted until verification is completed.
A rental agreement must be signed prior to your stay.
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for incidentals, damages, or policy violations.
Occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation. Unauthorized guests or parties are strictly prohibited.
Quiet hours are enforced from 10PM-9AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in fines or immediate removal from the property without refund.
This property may be equipped with exterior security cameras for safety and verification purposes. There are no cameras inside the home.
This home is equipped with noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only. These devices do not record conversations or audio.

Can’t beat the location. Close to the boardwalk, MR Ducks, the Angler and the Harbor Inn. Room had all the amenities needed and the balcony view was great!
We absolutely loved our stay the condo was clean and had a great view of the marina and bay perfect walking distance from the inlet and boardwalk we will be booking again

This was an awesome place to stay. The condo is convenient had a beautiful view and was in walking distance to places.. everything went smoothly with the stay I would highly recommend this place.
My wife and I stayed here for a 4 day weekend to get away and to celebrate her birthday. The place is in a great location, it’s clean, and we loved the view from the balcony. The management was very responsive to our questions and we would definitely recommend this place to others and if we go back to ocean city again, we will look to see if the place is available first before looking anywhere else.
We enjoyed our stay, condo was clean and well stocked kitchen. Online listing showed the condo by the beach and 4 streets north. We always try and stay at the White Marlin condos for the location and bay views. Matress could stand to be replaced, but still a very nice condo.
My mother and I needed a quick getaway but also wanted to stay in same place and have separate sleeping and bathrooms. This place was just the perfect set up and everything we were looking for. Walking distance to food, boardwalk and beach. She enjoyed the balcony and “light show” from the quick storm that came through. I enjoyed the perfect night sleep…very quiet neighborhood! I will definitely be returning!!!

Perfection On The Bay
What a perfect gem for our family vacation! The communication from
Chris and Mandy was fantastic from beginning to end. The White Marlin condo was very nice and had everything we needed and more! The view from the balcony was spectacular - we spent a lot of time watching charters and all the excursion boats go in and out - along with the occasional dolphins having a grand old time. The location was perfect for what we were looking for. Walking distance to everything - and the bay side area was a sense of calm, while just a couple short blocks, you were able to also enjoy the active boardwalk shops, amusement park, and beaches.
My boys loved the fishing they were able to do not only on a 4 hour deep sea excursion, but also each day they took their poles and fished along the bay.
We love to find good places to eat and there was no shortage of that within walking distance. From breakfast, lunch, and dinner (and snacks and ice cream in between!) … so many places around to walk to - on the bay and along the side streets.
The condo building also had a nice pool alongside the marina that was available for use as well.
This was our first time in Ocean City, MD and the experience with Oceans Edge Vacations was so great that we have decided this will be an annual family vaca!
Location was perfect! We were so close to everything with easy walking distance. The pool was nice. The view from the balcony was nice. The host was prompt with responses. Would stay again
