Ocean Break is located in North Ocean City, just one block off Coastal Highway and two (very) short blocks from the beach. You'll have access to a rooftop pool with a view of the ocean. Enjoy the bright decor and custom touches of this nicely appointed 3BR, 2BA condo! Fully equipped with central air, washer, dryer, dishwasher, micorowave and free wifi for guests. The building has an elevator and rooftop pool. Two parking spaces. Close to restaurants and shopping. Also close to Northside Park where there is a fishing and crabbing pier, a playground and ball fields. On Sundays, in season, there is a concert and fireworks. Non-smoking. No pets, please.
