Balcony with ocean view has access from the living room and master bedroom newer sliding glass doors. Stunning granite counter tops and new cabinets in the kitchen. New mattresses in 2nd bedroom along with a 3 speed ceiling fan! There are new hardwood floors throughout the entire condo. Beautiful! New dining room table and chairs to accommodate 6 plus 3 seats at renovated bar. Lovely 6-panel doors everywhere! New sectional sofa and new twin sofa bed in the den. Condo includes central air, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, 3 Flat screen TVs, 1 DVD player and 2 VCRs. Washer and Dryer are in the condo. Maximum Occupancy is 9. BDRM 1: King Bed BDRM 2: 2 new Double Beds LVRM: Queen Sleep Sofa DEN: New twin sleep sofa; Renovated master bathroom with HANDICAP ACCESS. FREE WI-FI FOR GUESTS!
