Sovereign Seas - Unit #308, 9 37th Street. Enjoy a fun-filled vacation in the comfort of this updated 2 BR, 2 BA condo. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest room has two twins beds. The living room has a queen sleep sofa, a chair that converts to a twin bed & a twin roll away. Both bathrooms have a shower only - no bathtubs. The kitchen is beautifully remodeled and fully equipped. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Two TVs - one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. There is an elevator on the East end of the building toward the beach. Two parking spaces and free WiFi for guests. Occupancy is limited to 8 people. Ideal ocean block location next to Castle in the Sand Hotel with Coconuts Bar & Grill and half block from the beach. Non-smoking and no pets allowed.

Ocean City Vacation

The room is a great size and is in a great location. Unfortunately you have to travel a long way to get the keys-they need to invest in a keypad so you so jot need to pick up and drop off keys which is out of the way and annoying. They have done some upgrades which are nice but they have a few more things that need updating such as the carpet.
