This spacious bay front condo has two balconies for relaxing, watching boaters, sunsets, or birdwatching. Spacious enough for a meal outside or coffee in the morning from the primary bedroom. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Ample parking with one designated space and open parking in D and E spaces for your guests. A true retreat for relaxing or a fun day at the beach, just across the street. Non-smoking in condo or on the balcony. Smoking section in the front of the building by the bus stop. No pets, please.
