Ocean-front, one bedroom, newly remodeled unit with Queen-size bed and bunk beds in bedroom. Open floorplan offers a beachy decor. Carpet, Dishwasher, Disposal, Microwave, Flat-top stove, HWH and HVAC all new in 2018. New pull-out, queen sofa and loveseat new in 2019. New Kitchen Cabinets and Quartz Countertops installed in 2021. New balcony slider, window, front storm door, washer/dryer and blinds 2022. Unit painted in 2023. This mid-rise building is located on the oceanfront in North Ocean City, offering on-site facilities to include an outdoor pool, (with easy beach access) a paddle/tennis court, elevator and assigned parking. Located just 1/2 mile north of Northside Park, a 58-acre facility which offers lighted sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, walk/jog paths and a host of annual events. Nearby Coastal Hwy is lined with restaurants, shops, nightlife and sources of entertainment for all ages. Great location, this unit is also minutes from Delaware! Ride the bus all day for only $4.00! Non-smoking. No pets, please.

Clean and comfortable

My first impression walking in was "love the decor", it was cute and very beachy. We were 4 adults and 2 children staying in this one bedroom unit and it was very comfortable and spacious. The parking was very tight but we walked or used the bus to get around. Overall we had a great time in Ocean City.
